SC-2XX0 High Power Test Scanner
SC-2XX0 scanner is an extended option for DTS-1000 test system. It's key functionality is to test multiple chips of different or the same specifications packaged in a multi-PIN discrete device.

SC-1080 must be integrated with DTS-1000 test system, which is convenient to upgrade. The device can increase user's cost efficiency, as it classifying multiple chips in one package to evaluate the quality of those devices simultaneously.
Adding SELPIN-V items to the Editor program:
Input B, C and E into I and V terminals respectively with ports corresponding to SC-2XX0. After testing the corresponding test items, the multi-PIN device can be tested accordingly.
